Everything you need to know about PRTCL protocol wellness tracking — from getting started to advanced features.
PRTCL is a comprehensive wellness tracking platform that helps you manage supplements, peptides, nutrition, sleep, and fitness protocols in one place. It organizes your daily, weekly, and monthly tracking into four protocol categories — Supplements, Peptides, Nutrition, and Fitness — with color-coded dashboards, dosing schedules, and progress tracking. PRTCL syncs with Google Calendar, Google Fit, and Google Drive to centralize your health data.
PRTCL offers three pricing tiers. Free ($0/month) includes basic tracking in all four protocol categories, daily/weekly/monthly views, Google and Apple Calendar integration, and access to the Vendors Portal. Pro ($9/month) adds dosing and calorie tracking, COREHU suggested protocol dosing schedules and cycles, AI and Member Metric recommended protocols, the full educational portal with community research, and complete fitness API integrations. Premium ($29/month) includes everything in Pro plus unlimited protocol library access, personalized AI protocol recommendations, priority concierge email support, early access to new features, a custom supplement and peptide protocol builder, and quarterly 1-on-1 protocol review sessions.
PRTCL supports three Google integrations. Google Drive Backup automatically saves your tracking data, profile, and tasks to a dedicated PRTCL folder in your Google Drive. Google Calendar syncs your wellness schedule — protocols, events, and reminders — directly to your calendar. Google Fit connects activity tracking, heart rate, steps, and fitness metrics from your Google Fit account. Each integration is connected separately through the Settings page and uses OAuth 2.0 for secure authorization.
PRTCL takes data privacy seriously. All data is stored in a secure Cloudflare D1 database with encrypted connections. Google OAuth tokens are stored with refresh tokens for automatic re-authentication and can be revoked at any time through the Settings page. Your individual data is never sold. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and market insights. You can disconnect any integration or delete your account at any time. Data backups to Google Drive are encrypted in transit and stored in your personal Drive account.
PRTCL organizes your wellness tracking into four protocol categories. Supplements covers vitamins, minerals, and compounds like Vitamin D3, Omega-3, Magnesium, Creatine, and Ashwagandha. Peptides tracks compounds like BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu. Nutrition manages macros, calories, and hydration targets. Fitness monitors strength training, cardio, and recovery sessions. Each category has a color-coded dashboard with status indicators (taken, pending, skipped) and dosage tracking.
Yes. PRTCL's Library features evidence-based protocol research articles written by the COREHU team. The library includes in-depth guides on supplements (Vitamin D3+K2, Magnesium, Creatine, Ashwagandha, Berberine, NAD+ Precursors), peptides (BPC-157), fitness protocols (Zone 2 Cardio), and nutrition (Omega-3 Fatty Acids). Free articles are accessible to all users. Pro and Premium members get full access to the entire library, including Pro-only articles with detailed protocols, dosing guides, and peer-reviewed references.
PRTCL is a progressive web application (PWA) that works on any device with a modern web browser — desktop, tablet, and mobile. The responsive design adapts to your screen size, and you can add it to your home screen on iOS and Android for an app-like experience. All features including tracking, library access, and integrations work across devices.
Connecting Google integrations is done through the Settings page. Sign in to your PRTCL account, navigate to Settings, and find the Integrations section. Click Connect on Google Calendar, Google Fit, or Google Drive Backup. You'll be redirected to Google's consent screen where you can approve the requested permissions. After approval, you'll be redirected back to PRTCL and the integration will show as Connected. Each integration uses Google OAuth 2.0 with offline access for seamless background syncing.
COREHU is PRTCL's proprietary protocol recommendation system that suggests supplement dosing, peptide schedules, nutrition targets, and fitness routines based on your profile and goals. Available on Pro and Premium tiers, COREHU analyzes your tracking data and provides personalized adjustments to optimize your protocol. The system is built on evidence-based research and adapts as you log your progress.
Yes. PRTCL's Google Drive Backup feature creates automatic backups of your tracking data, profile information, and tasks to a dedicated PRTCL folder in your Google Drive. Backups include tracking lists and items, profile settings, and task lists. You can also restore from a previous backup file. The backup feature requires a connected Google Drive integration and is available on all pricing tiers.
To delete your PRTCL account, sign in and navigate to Settings. You can disconnect individual integrations (Google Drive, Calendar, Fit) before deleting. Account deletion removes your profile, tracking data, and personal information from the platform. If you signed in with Google, you can also revoke PRTCL's access through your Google Account's third-party apps settings.
PRTCL is built specifically for protocol-driven wellness — it's designed for users who follow structured supplement, peptide, and fitness protocols rather than general wellness tracking. Key differentiators include the four-category protocol system (Supplements, Peptides, Nutrition, Fitness), color-coded dashboards, COREHU AI protocol recommendations, deep Google integrations (Drive, Calendar, Fit), evidence-based educational library, and a luxury minimalist interface with dark mode support. PRTCL is also built on the Higgsfield platform, ensuring fast, server-rendered performance.
